Gorgeous deep garnet in colour. Medium minus body, medium tannins, medium acid, dry, medium alcohol. Flavour palate is distinctive of each grape the green bell pepper of the Syrah and then the light summer berries (raspberry, sour cherry and strawberry) of the pinot. Strong taste of wet slate and slight earthy tones. Leaves a dry creamy after taste.
